Onair TV ****MING

Onair TV is the biggest **** that DSTV is associated with. So in 2021 May, Onair TV ****mer called me and sold me an Ultra Decoder. I bought into the deal and the transaction happened over the phone call. They never sent me any documentation via email to show that there is a transaction between myself and them. The delay was that i will pay the decoder over a 3 years period. The decoder was supposed to have been paid up in April 2024. In January 2024, my decoder was faulty and i called the, to replace the device and they agreed. Two weeks down the line when i follow up with them they say they will no longer do the replacements because i am done paying for the device. According to them and their records, i finished paying in September 2024. As i am doing this review in February 2024. Onair TV deducted money in my bank account. This is a legal matter that i am taking forward with consumer ombudsman
