⚠️ Warning: Be Careful With On Air TV

I want to share my experience to warn other people.

An On Air salesperson told me they were upgrading my DStv decoder. Instead, they delivered a TV box.

I told them immediately that I did not want the TV box. I also paid R400 for the return and collection fee in March 2026.

Even after I cancelled the service, they continued taking money from my account and delayed collecting the TV box.

They eventually collected the TV box, but they are still taking money from my account. I have sent many emails asking for my refund, but they are ignoring me and refusing to pay my money back.

I am sharing this so that other people can be careful.

Please do not fall into this trap. Make sure you understand exactly what you are signing up for before accepting any offer.
