Onair TV is very unprofessional

I'm trying to cancel my contract with OnAir TV. For the past 3 days I have been sending the emails to cancel the order before delivery with no avail. I e ven contacted them but they seem to put the phone down. *** ***. Nothing. If they are not gonna cancel this contract I will be going to the ombudsman before they start deduction. Please assist me anyone...
