OnAir TV is practically making my life a living hell

I'm not in this page to share my experience only I also need advise about this company. They have made my life hell. They ****med me by selling me lies,debited earlier than the agreement date ie December instead of starting in January, they debited me twice in January. They came to collect the decoder but they just debited me twice in February. I need legal advise to deal with this people. This is day light ******* and I have experience a huge gap financially because of them.
