OnAir TV is pointless and Unauthorised Debit Orders!!!!!

They offered us a DSTV Explora Ultra Decoder which we already have. And promised that the subscription fee will remain the same as the previous contract. To our surprise, they added other subscriptions for God knows what over the value of R500 to which we didn't agree to. We don't even know why we joined or fell for this "****" in the first place because why would anyone want ON AIR TV when you can get all these services and more with Multichoice("the sauce")?
