OnAir TV is bad news

Do not get involved with Onair TV. Don't give them your banking details. They will deduct monthly premiums without you having a contract with them. I regard this as *****ing from individuals. They phoned me with the offer of a TV box. I could first check how it work. Due to WiFi challenges it did not work. I requested cancellation within the stipulated period, which the confirmed and paid a R400 return fee and the TV box was returned. To my surprise they deducted a premium on 14 December 2025 and now again in January 2026. If They don't refund me I will lay a complaint at the consumer protector. This is *****ing from individuals.
