Onair Tv is a ****. After I lodged a fault on the 9th of January, up until this date (13th February) I am still taken from pillar to post. Consultants are pathetic ****s who always escalate the issue but it never get resolved. The only time they call me back is after I report them to hellopeter, just to be told that the matter is being escalated. I am very frustrated because the next debit is going on the 15th yet I am not serviced 🚮🚮🚮. I still have 12 months contract with them. Poor customer service. Onair Tv is **** ****! ****! ****!
