Onair TV is a ****

This is my third complain about Onair Tv. They said they have investigated my case only for them to come back with more lies, saying that there is no part in the conversation with agent where she said I will only remove my old decoder and install theirs, and it will work. Im saying again that company is full of ****** which are protecting each other. I told them to collect their decoder because I never used, instead they are busy sending me threats about the money that I am owing to them, which is nonsense, how can I pay for something that I am not using and I told them that 1st month after they delivered their decoder.
