ONAIR TV disgusted about their service

I regret the day i had anything to do with Onair tv what an *********** bunch of people.i had a contracts with them for my Decoder which we agreed that the debit order will go off on the 30th of every month,to my surprise i get messages mostly on the 26th that will state that i have missed a payment,while they will still deduct their money on the 30th,according to them my account with them is up to date,but on my credit score i get missed payments.I have done allcalling,emails writing to Experian but i got no help my credit score has decrease thanks to them.I curse the day i agree to have anything that involves them.i have asked them to remove those missed payments as i do not owe them anything from last year until today its still there.They have ruined my credit score
