OnAir Tv disappointed me and they are owing me.

My name is Lolo Dilebo,When my contract ended they refunded me money they debited even after the contract ended. They then debited the money again the following day. I have been requesting for a refund since last year, I've been sending endless bank statements but they not responding anymore. They do this even after i was a loyal customer to them for so many years.They not responding to my emails anymore.
