OnAir Tv DEDUCTING MONEY EVEN AFTER SETTLEMENT HAS BEEN PAID

I paid off my account 2 days ago (immediate payment), these people still deducted money from my bank then I reversed it which i hate because that will affect my credit history. They send an email and sms saying my account is arrears whereas i PAID IT OFF. I've been calling them and staying on the line and nobody answers until they drop the call.

This is a terrible company. They never send statements, I paid more than R4000 for an explora decoder which was initially supposed to cost just above R2k. I decided to pay off the whole balance because they kept deducting money 2 years later until I reached out to them and asked about the remaining amount
