Hello team, on the 13 June 2024 I got a call from OnAir sales person selling explora Ultra for R259 on contract for 24 months. I asked if that is the only money I'll be paying she said yes, I asked her again and again, I even made example that since I'm paying R600 for dstv meaning I'll be saving if I take the contract she said yes,the I took the contract, because it was a great offer, only later I found out that I must pay R259 which is for decoder and the R600 for the channels. I called OnAir telling them that I what to cancel the contract because the person who sold me the contract was not honest, the told me that they're going to review the call first, they will get back to me. They did came back to me saying their sales person explained everything to me, I then told then to send me the call record but they refused. Regards Margaret
