OnAir TV conning people with pricelock

I received an call from OnAir TV in February this year and I could not understand the consultant because of her accent but she made me to understand that they will come and install 2 Explora decoders for free and she also made me to understand that for the price of the decoders plus my multichoice package which is compact plus which I never told them, she said the amount will be R320. I could not believe it so she called her supervisor again the same story. The supervisor mentioned the decoders. She mentioned my compact plus which I have with multichoice. They knew all my details. I was with this OnAir person for more than half an hour. The decoders was installed, then come end March I paid my multichoice compact plus amount I did not understand what was happening but however end April OnAir send an Sms to REMIND ME to have money in my account because they are debiting the amount of R320. So because I had 2 months of paying dstv " normally" I asked the consultant why am I paying for my package and now paying OnAir I then realized that I was conned into a pricelock for 2 years. They are a bunch of ********!!!!!!
