Onair Tv, Clearscore & Experian all in it together!

I bought a decoder from a telecanveser in December and received the product on time. This sales service was great until I got a warning notification from Clearscore that my credit rating had dropped substantially due to "numerous late payments". I do not see any late payments on my bank statements and have been met with laughter and on the odd occasion I get through to the billing department. The payment is made by a debit order which only they have control over. I also accepted 2 additional products in January on a "month to month basis which I cancelled on 4 April 2022 which was well within the 21 day required notice period but the debit order continue to go through. I received a reference number for this from Shene' who has on all my calls regarding this insisted that the problem has been escalated. How are On Air able to pass incorrect data to Clearscore which is managed by Experian and none of them are held accountable.

Good Day Robert,

We profusely apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused.

We do see on the system that the Value Added Services have been cancelled off you name. Allow for us to investigate your query with the Billing Department, once completed a consultant will be in contact with you.
