Onair tv ******!!!

On air Tv claim that they've sent out a new decoder for me 13th April 2022 which is not true the only time I had a contract with them it was on 2019 until 2021 which i have finished paying. But instead they continued to debit on my account in may and june 2022 for a new decoder which they've sent out on previous home address. I then instructed my bank to block and reverse the two debit payments. Now to my surprise they've sent my name to debt collector's and this is affecting my credit score and damaging my name even today I'm still waiting for my name to be cleared as soon as possible
