Onair Tv bogus subscription

Last year my father(Daniel Mbuyisa), received a call from Onair Tv offering him this "nice" Explora package were he needs to pay only R320 for two decoders monthly. On 31st December he went to Multichoice to pay for his monthly installment and that was when he was told he needed to pay R320 and R534 as these are two different companies. Onair Tv is a **** and it's using Multichoice as a way to attract customers so it can sell their products quickly. The only reason my father took this offer was because it's affordable, of which it's a lie. He also thought he was only going to pay R320 & not R864(320+534)...His been trying to call them since last year to date with no luck, no one is available to take any calls. He would appreciate it if this bogus subscription be cancelled as he won't afford it. The deal was finalized on 2019/12/13 & installation took place on 2019/12/19...Can anyone call him back to cancel this bogus subscription so we can move on with our lives. Contact details ***
