ONAIR tv bad service

I got a call from an agent to upgrade my decoder of which i did take up the offer. my account was debited very well until after few months i was told that they did not receive the debit order payments...i sent them my POP's to allocate the funds but nothing was done until i requested that a teamleader calls me to sort out this issue coz the indian consultants that kept on calling me were just so rude and never listened to understand what i was telling them. instead of getting a call from ONAIRTV all i got was an sms from MBD Inc that my account has been handed over and is accumulating more interest. My case was given to Kajal Pillay who is sending me back to the collections company and when i explained my story further he says i will be contacted shortly...shortly has been shortly even today i am still waiting for his call. I regret choosing their services and i will never recommend anyone to take up a product with them coz their after sale service is whack.
