OnAir TV are the WORST fibre service provider! Do not take any of their products.

Onairtv doesn’t even deserve a star they deserve zero. Worst customer service, worst communication, worst fibre product, double debits. Do not take anything from them.!!!!!!! I was moving houses in April and they couldn’t move my fibre which was fine, an inconvenience but I understand so I had to cancel the contract. I cancelled in March. I was still debited April, May, June and double debited in August 2021. I receive daily sms saying I owe them money and they are going to suspend service. When I’m already using another fibre service provider - what a joke! They picked up their router a month ago and still email me to ask when did II terminated the contract. I just want them to stop debiting me and stop SMSing me.
