ONAIR TV ARE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS

I have been making eft payments but every month on the 1st of each month there is a debit order put through from on air tv. I am not sure if they are stupid or not sure what they are doing but every month i have to pay the unsuccessful debit order fees, i even have a letter from them stating they wont debit my account again.
