OnAir TV and their Crocked ways

For the last 6 months I have been trying to get OnAir to stop deducting for a contract that’s paid up and for them to refund me my money. Every month they deduct I make contact and they answer they promise to escalate and sort this thing out. However lately they have just started to ignore me. Whoever is is planning to take a contract with OnAir TV do yourself a favor and stay away otherwise you will have endless problems
