ONAIR TV and SKYNET both fail on their promise to deliver.

I have spent a total of R500 phoning "ON AIR TV without any joy. I ordered a DSTV explorer ultra order no OA-***8-1,about 3 weeks ago and still has not been delivered to me. Last call to on-air was Monday 17th July. They promised to call me back with a positive answer to my grievances. I am still waiting for that call and the delivery. ON AIR TV and SKYNET are not recommended as they both fail their customer services.
