Never even respond on a call from On airTV. They are full of empty promises... Promised me so much more than a new decoder... 7 Feb 2024... I activated a debit order to pay monthly fee for a new decoder. Forever I waited for that decoder. NO decoder was delivered to my home address. Yesterday, I deactivated that same debit order. The bank told me that this could reflect negative on my Clear Score report status. So! Thank you OnAir TV... For my negative reflection on my credit score & waisted time & waisted airtime.
