Onair TV
i am very disapponted by the sales peolple of Onair Tv. One day i got a call from them telling me that i am one of the chosen customer of DSTV who are on DSTV access packege therefore i qualify for an explore for R119 including the dstv access subscrition. This was misleading as there was no such. I was debited for R119 buy Onair TV and dstv also billed me for their service. I called DSTV and they confirmed that there is no such deal. I then registered a complaint with Onair Tv via email on 03 December 2018, a complain number was issued:(184450). Michelle Mackenzie acknwoladge the receipt of the complain and promised that it will be attended shorty. Days went by without any feedback and i was percistant requesting for the feedback, till Silindile Ndelu contacted me on 14 December 2018 via email sending this email: [We do apologize with the time delay and any inconvenience caused to in regards to your matter being resolved. Kindly be advised that in regards to the below dispute we will need to follow procedure. I will log for the call audit of the conversation between you and sales agent to determine a way forward. The process does take 72hrs (working hours). We will revert back to you with feedback.]
After this email i was shocked when i received another email advising me that my query has been resolved and i must rate the service that i received. I was still waiting for 72 hours to lapse so that i can get the feedback, today 21 December 2018 i got an email from Silindile Ndelu advising me that the company is closing festive season. I rep**** telling them that this is not acceptable as the 72 hours has lapse and still did not get the feedback
