OnAir TV ****

I was ****med by this company. They’re call center sales agent called me and told me that they are selling a product that has Netflix, Showmax,Disney DSTV and Amazon all for one subscription. I explicitly asked if this is possible and I can cancel my subscriptions to DSTV and Netflix and he told me yes. He told me for on price I can have access to all these platforms, and I can trust him because they are in partnership with DSTV. When I received the decoder, he was selling to me I found out that it is a TV box and I already have a smart tv and I still have to pay for all the subtractions and also pay a monthly premium for a tv box. I told him on a call that I have smart TV which gives me access to all these platforms, and he said with their device I can have these platforms and only pay one subscription. I called them to dispute this when I received the box but I didn’t get any feedback from them, and they have been debiting my account.
