OnAir they are Unprofessional

The OnAir experience has been a nightmare. I had their DSTV decoders for the past two years, and when my contract ended, they wanted to sell me a new DSTV decoder. I refused to take it because the one they sold me is still working fine. Now, I found out they sent my details to a credit bureau. When I call them, their accounts department never answers the phone; they kept me on hold for an hour after redirecting me to press the accounts line. So, I can't get a hold of them. They are not professional at all. If I known I would have NEVER bought their Dstv decoder
