OnAir terrible service

On Air who contacted me and advised they DSTV a "Special Offer From DSTV", where I was offered 2 off DSTV explora's plus installation for R320.00 p/month. She told me that I would be saving, as I could still have the Compact plus package, and that the total would be R320.00 p/month instead of the R399 which I was currently paying monthly. Everything was installed as promised, but I later found out that I had to pay the R399 plus the R320.00 plus an extra R149.00, I was **** to by telling me DSTV is offering this special for selected customers , just to get her sale, I have requested they listen to my call but this can only be done after the lockdown, I would not recommend any one to do bussiness with them, as they are not truthfull. I will be Persuing this matter and taking OnAir to the ombudsman, I am appaulled at DSTV to have partnered with ON AIR and allowing them to rob us
