OnAir still refusing to refund me, since collecting their exploras on the 1st of November 2019.

To date OnAir havent attended to my queries, they don't want to refund me my money. They cancelled the contract because they heard the recordings that their consultant misrepresented the sale. I was promised that soon as they receive their exploras my refund will be processed. I am not getting any joy out of this service provider. I just cant tell you what's happening in that company. How are they operating, I think they busy running that company into a fly by night status because there's lots of covert stuff happening there. #BlackFriday
