OnAir Professional Con Artists
I've cancelled my order from OnAir a day after my agreement with them, they simply cannot be trusted. I haven't even received the decoder but already I'm having issues. The consultant confirmed the cancellation but yet the bank mandate is still active.
They never respond to my e-mails, their WhatsApp line seems automated. I should have done a thorough background check before going into an agreement with them.
The consultant said I need not pay any fees since it's a new order that hasn't been delivered as yet. Please cancel the mandate at once.
