Onair pathetic service, lies, lies, lies

I am having endless problems with Onair tv. Eventually when they called after I requested cancelation my subscription. The came to pick up my decoder. But since then I my subscription is still being deducted although I have canceled my dstv. I have tried to contact email and left messages numerous times with no response. This getting pathetic hellopeter
