ONAIR not cancelling my debi-check mandate after my contract and its obligations ended October 2025

After writing emails and contacting OnAir on multiple occassions and after writing reviews on Hellopeter, my debi-check mandate has still not been cancelled after my contract ended October 2025 and now I need ro request refunds like its my problem. Guys , do not do any business with OnAir as they will be friendly just for you to consent and agree then later you will have major problems as then their customer service is the opposite and the employees are probably trained to just lie and make empty promises.
