OnAir misleads people when they want sales

I am writing a second review on OnAir now, last time after my review here i got a call fro Keron from on air and the person promised to call me same day at 5pm or latest the following day but till today they haven't assisted me with requesting for me to be removed from ITC when i have paid them. Can someone please assist and also people should refrain from accepting anything from ONair.
