OnAir is Unfair or *********

I was sold a subscription for Explora. Salesman told me it will only be an extra R20 more then the HD decoder I had.Now they want me to pay R120 extra for 24 months. I was already on Access package of R99,because I lost my job in 2017.********* now OnAir are demanding their money.
