Onair is a ****!!!?

There's a new ****mer in Mzansi, it is called onAir TV, they will call you and tell you that they are calling you on behalf of DStv and they want to sell you the TV box, they will make you believe that you need their stupid TV box until you receive it and find out that you have all the apps on your TV that comes out with their stupid box, and you're already paying for the apps, they will tell you that the apps in their box are for free and you won't need to pay multichoice DStv if you buy their box , and wait until you install the box and all the apps on the box needs you to subscribe, they say there's a 7day time period to return the TV box, I phoned them and their phone was answered by a visual consultant named Sophie, that requested my details , I told her that I want to cancel the contract and return the TV box, poor Sophie told me that I'll get a call to arrange for the return of the TV box , I waited for a for about 3days, me not receiving any call I decided to send an email following up on my request, now I am being told that I sent an email after 7days time frame, I needed to write a formal cancellation request within 7days, mind when the TV box got sold to me they didn't write me a formal request everything was done telephonically, I told them I don't need their stupid TV box, because I requested a cancellation in time, there's this lady or whatever by the name of Lihle, she keeps on sending me emails saying she wants a formal request that was sent, I now feel harassed because I told her thousand times that I did a request telephonically, I even sent her a screenshot of the call I made for cancellation. Now they are forcing me to keep the TV box and pay for it. onAir is a ****!!!! Be careful!!!!
