OnAir is a ****

We have recieved a call from OnAir regarding the tv box and were promised that it will come with the DSTV Compact package at no extra cost we just need to connect to wifi and this was not the case the tv box had issues and we called the call centre after two days since we received the box and explained the issue to the agent and we were told we need to pay R400 cancellation but they will listen to the sales call but we never received the banking details or feedback regarding the cancellation fee. We have contacted them again recently but they keep drooping a call and we have already spent a lot of airtime reaching out. I am so disappointedto OnAir THEY ARE ****MERS
