ONAIR INCOMPETENCE!!!!!

I am struggling with the same problem. My Debit order goes off religiously every month and I have never had returned Dt orders or been in arrears. They listed my name with the credit bureau and sent me the exact same mail as their reply to you! They didn’t even respond to my mail, until I called and sent a second email. I was flagged at the bank when I tried to buy a car! And all they have to say is that they are sorry for the INCONVENIENCE!!!!
