Onair Experian account

Good day

I have been having this problem for a long time almost a year, I am advised that my onair account it's errors but everytime I call I'm told it's upto date ,I have been making means to get statement to show it's upto date but no assistance since last year till to date.

Apparently experian are the ones saying or rather showing errors and that is affecting my credit score .

This is frustrating me alot because I don't know what will take for this Experian to update and cleary name on credit bearau.

Please help
