OnAir evil ********

OnAir have called me on the 9th of May saying that they work with the dstv and multiple and sent to change my decoder and install a new one free of charge and that was an explora.They say that it compalsory that everyone changes to explora and they are instructed by Dstv.I was told that i will be paying R160pm for 24 mnths and will not have to pay the R399 for compact.I did tell them that i did not want any additional cost as i will not afford to pay but they assured me that it will ne R160 only.Today i just checked my dstv account only to find that my account balance is now R588 + the R160 that on Air will be debitting.Can someone please assist me i want them to come and put back my old decoder as i did not want any explora and cannot afford it.This people are all ******** even the guys they send to install the decoder because i did confirm with them and they told me same lies.Its been 1 month i do not need they contract i will not be paying for something that i was **** to.Dstv should also intervene this is not the first time they doing this to people,you also need to prove that you know nothing about this
