Onair decoder services

Very poor service. Additional subscription of services I did not request. Dishonesty with their services as I was told the subscription is with multichoice. After requesting for call recording they never came back to me. Consultants are without superiors and not knowing what to do. I have been sending several emails,, only to be rep**** by automated reply. Now my money is being deducted monthly. It looks like an organized business to ripoff people's money, and they Excell in it
