Onair debit order

At this point I am really tired of complaining about Onair tv, I do not understand how do I get debited for a contract that I cancelled. The decoder was collected, but they still debited me, on top of that they won’t respond to my emails, I’m not surprised because that is how they operate, I’m so tired of this company now honestly because this is not the first time I am writing a review about them.
