ONAIR claiming I missed debited payments via a debt collector and tarnishing my credit score
I have a contract for DSTV compact decoder for 24 Months with OnAir which started on November 2019 in not mistaken and have been debuting on my account now I'm told I have not been paying since November 2021 and I'm on arrears of about R4000, how is this so? I also checked on clearscore now my credit rating is affected.How can I miss payment which you were debuting on my account because I know that there was money on the date we agreed for debuting..I now receive calls from a certain company about debt collection on behalf of on air and I was never made aware by Onair..Please sort out this issues or come collect your device😈
