OnAir Box ****!!!

****MER ALERT!!!

The OnAir box was sold to me with false information. Once the box was delivered, I cancelled within 6 days. That was on the 20th of January. I was then informed that I needed to pay a R350 cancellation fee, which I was never informed about. They promised to send me the transcript of our original conversation, which I never received. I paid the R350 cancellation fee against my will, they have been deducting R99 monthly from my account and they have still not come to collect the OnAir Box. Emails get passed from one person to another and nothing gets done.

Please be aware! They are ****mers and are playing a horrible game. DSTV should be ashamed that they’re even affiliated with this company.
