Onair at their best

Onair has again put through a debit order in December for R159 for some ridiculous service that I never requested. They refunded the first amount deducted and promised that this was cancelled and no further debits will be made against my account. I have tried four different telephone numbers and keep getting this line is busy, emailed them and have yet to receive a response from them.
