On AirTV is just about taking customers money

On Airtv is a total useless product as my wife took out a Dstv explorer by them and the Sales agent did not explain the terms and conditions to her and when the package were delivered we had to wait 3days until they called us to find out if we want it installed and after we said no she hanged up , so we had a private installercame to do it and when we called dstv to activate it we fount out there was other services activate and we immediately called On Airtv to cancel then we we informed of a cancelation fee we need to pay we only have the explorer for 6days so with this being said I been calling and for a full 3days only get put on hold then after every 7min you get disconnected so I would never refer them to anyone in my life service is poor, agents is poor and services weak and absolutely bad.
