On air untrusted

On air extremely miss leading. I received a call from a friendly consultant explaing that on air is part of multi choice but runs a separate debit because off it being a different company. I continued and provided my banking details and was advised i will receive an email detailing out all that we have discussed and the terms and conditions. Its been over a week and i havnt recieved anything yet. I will not accept anything now as everything that was promised was not met. I will be monitoring my bank account to stop this ********* company from debiting my account.
