On Air - unauthorised debit orders

Two years ago, I took out a contract unknowingly with On Air (they pretend they are from DSTV) and received a new Explora decoder. When I found out it was On Air, I immediately paid up the contract with them, as I have had run-ins with them before where they simply take off debit orders from my account without my permission.

Two years later, they are suddenly talking debit orders from my account yet again without my permission.

When I eventually managed to get to speak to a consultant, they told me that it 'Automatically' kicks in after my two-year contract (which I do not have anymore) and that it is for some or other Online IT support or some idiotic **** service that nobody really uses or needs.

They promised that this service would immediately be cancelled after I phoned, and I spoke to a Monica on 21 February. Then the next month the debit order went off yet again, but I decided I would give them the one-month grace, as 21 Feb was probably too close to the end of the month to cancel it. Reference number ***.

It is now the End of April, AND YET AGAIN these ********s are taking the same debit order from my account. I cannot believe that the law does not clamp down on these people.

Conveniently, when you go to their website now, it is down for maintenance. Ironic hey?

On Air, please contact me, and explain to me why you are *****ing money from me? I want my debit orders reversed, or I will now open a case of *****.

OK so got a call from OnAir.
Lady tells me that I now need to call a number and request this 'service' to be cancelled - a service I never authorised, and never asked for either. She states that the service is called 'Rescue Box' - I have no idea what this is. And she further says that it is part of the T&Cs when I signed up - yeah sure - why hide it in the fine print, and not tell me to my face that after two years this service will automatically activate???
I wish I could get hold of the recording, as I am POSITIVE that I was never told about this, as I would not have agreed.
Then she gave me a website: "https://www.ignitiongroup.co.za/" and said this is where I need to cancel the service and where I can complain.
All this just seems extremely suspicious to me... doesn't it? Not really open and honest business, is it?
