On air ultra phoned me selling me a package under false pretenses more than a year ago

On air ultra phoned me selling me a package under false pretenses more than a year ago.it was a struggle to get hold of them and when I finally did they gave me the run around.after numerous attempts to no avail I got fed up and emailed them and copied the manager of DStv in .in the mail I asked them to collect their goods as it's not what was agreed upon,stated the agents name etc that sold it to me and said if there's any queries they should get the voice recordings.The manager of DStv rep**** in the mail telling them to contact me and collect the goods.A year and a half later still no feed back from on air ultra other than wanting to sell me more stuff and if I tell them to transfer me to the appropriate department who deals with complaints my call gets cut off.Now they handed me over to attorneys.i am extremely disgusted with their service!
