I am disgusted and not happy! Your sales lady who called me was VERY PUSHY! I agreed to purchase a product I knew nothing about but thought it would benefit us. I asked specifically if I could purchase this product CASH and not pay over 24 months - she said NO! I now have the product but cant install it - and in the interim find out I could have walked into a DSTV supplier and purchased it CASH for R399 - now I am paying R696 for something that doesn't even work! It is a nightmare to get this thing to work and I also have to increase my subscription with MWEB so I can download movies etc... WHAT A CON!!!!! The sales lady is way too pushy and doesn't explain all the hassels and costs involved - I am sure this is not allowed with the new laws in South Africa??:???
