On air TV ********* behavior

To whom it may concern.

I require your urgent assistance with regards to above mentioned company “On Air”, this company is ********* and give false information when selling their services. They did not keep to their service that was sold to my dad in April, upon telephonic conversation with them he informed them that I did not get all the services that he was sold to him as he was not getting any of the services they told him he would have but rather told him that he now needs to pay an additional fee to activate the explorer services, he further informed them telephonically to cancel the contract as they were dishonest with the services sold to him.

My dad is now sitting with an account being handed over to the lawyers with a bill of about R4000, this is such ********* behavior from a corporate company to want to now ****** money from him even though he has told them on numerous occasions to cancel the service.

They informed him that they cancelled the account after he informed them that he was sold the product pretentiously for a sale only.

Please ask this company for all their recordings to prove what has happened.

We truly seek your assistance as my father does not work nor does he have the money to pay for something he cancelled and was told its cancelled. I need urgent assistance please as this company is now sending lawyers letters.
