On Air tv - Termination of contract

I took a contract with On air tv, they are in partnership with multichoice or dstv. I took it in October 2021, the contract is for 24 months. My contract with On Air Tv ended last month. They've been deducting money from my account all these month. Last month i tried calling On Air tv, sending emails and whattsapp messages. I don't get any response, their phones don't go through. I want to know when is contract ending but I am not getting any joy from On Air Tv. To my surprise an amount of R179. 00 was deducted this month on the 05 November 2023. Why are they deducting money if the contract has ended?! The only thing I get from them is the automated response that they received my query and they will get back to me. But they don't. I demand an explanation regarding this matter from On Air tv or dstv.
