On Air TV **** ; false advertising

I see everyone is complaining about the same thing. An agent from on air called me claiming to be from dstv and offered me two dstv explora as they were running a promotion. A couple of times I asked what do I have to pay and she assured me that there was no extra cost for me and that actually my dstv subscription would be reduced and stay fixed for two years. Now I get debited for each decoder whereas I was told I am receiving it for free, this was false advertising and I don't need the decoders if I have to pay so much for them. They must come take their stupid decoders because I was happy before they called to offer me their ********** deal.
